GAME OF THE MONTH ARCHIVE:
2025
December 2025: Yetisports Deluxe PS1 (2004)
- There is a lot to say about Yetisports, actually I mean not a lot of gameplay since the long play is 7 minutes long but the theme song is hilarious
- This is the Yetisports theme song if you'd like to listen
- Imagine if this was the only game you got for Christmas and tbh by 2004 you'd just want the big and exciting PS2, but no, you must be happy with this game.
Cool ass yeti
2026
January 2026: Yoku's Island Express (2018)
- It's a pinball Metroidvania game, people may say it's short but the pinball mechanics really causes the game to last way longer than the actual length.
- Led to way too many frustrating moments
- The art style and music are the highlights of the game, great soundtrack and an adorable main character
- If you're patient enough to handle the pinball mechanics, I'd say try it.
February 2026: We Love Katamari (2005)
- OH MY GOD IT'S PEAK
- WHY DOES EVERYONE ONLY TALK ABOUT THE ORIGINAL AND NOT THE SEQUAL THIS IS GREAT
- Literally peak go play We Love Katamari (I played the steam version)
- The one problem? It quickly gets physically painful to play, do not play it for too long or make sure to time out your play sessions
- Pros: Basically everything else
